Who we are

What we collect and why
When you make an enquiry we may collect your name, phone number, email, property postcode, details of the roofing work and your messages. We use these to respond and understand the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the introduction service. We ask for your permission before sharing enquiry details with a suitable roofing company; you can withdraw that permission before sharing by contacting us. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we will ask for that permission in the conversation.
We may also keep a limited record of the enquiry, introduction and correspondence to administer the service, resolve questions and protect our legitimate interests. The optional campaign fields you arrived with, such as UTM parameters, help us understand where an enquiry came from. No optional advertising tag is active at present.
Who receives your information
We share relevant enquiry information only with a roofing company we believe is suitable for the stated job and area, subject to your permission. That company will handle the information under its own privacy practices once it receives it. Website hosting, messaging and email providers may process information for us. We do not sell your details as a general marketing list.
How long we keep it
We aim to keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active dispute or legal obligation. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or restrict certain uses. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and other services
We use reasonable measures to protect enquiry records. When the online form is activated, FormSubmit.co will handle submissions and deliver them to our Porkbun-hosted inbox. These providers may process information outside the UK. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms. Do not send sensitive documents or payment details in an initial enquiry.
